Privacy

This is how we handle all data safely.

You can request to access or modify your personal information. You also have the right to have your personal data erased or to object to its processing, provided that these actions are legally allowed and in accordance with existing contractual conditions. You can file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

If you want to exercise any of the rights provided by privacy legislation, simply fill out the form below. We will then process your request within the legal response time. Only if necessary to fulfill your request, we will ask for additional information (such as a copy of your ID).”

What are your rights?

Right of access:
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, how long we have been holding it, and why we are holding it.

Right of rectification:
You have the right to modify or supplement your personal data.

Right to erasure:
You can request us to delete your data. If your request meets the legal requirements, we will process your request. We will delete your data if the purpose is unlawful or if there is no legal basis, for example, if you withdraw your consent.

Right to data portability:
You have the right to ‘data portability’, which means you have the right to receive the personal data we have about you so that you can more easily pass your data on to another service provider with similar services. You can also ask us to transfer data directly to another organization.

Right to object:
You can object to the processing of your data. We will no longer process your data, unless the law requires us to do so.

Right to be forgotten:
You have the right to be ‘forgotten’ if we no longer need your data, if you withdraw your consent or object to its processing. This right also applies if there is no longer a legal basis for processing your data or if the legal retention period has expired. If you request it, we will delete your data.
