Carriers are a crucial link in every webshop’s fulfilment process. Without a parcel carrier there is no delivery and therefore no happy customers. With our WMS, you and your customers are in control. Link renowned shipping partners such as PostNL, DHL, UPS and many more to your customer portal and give your customers the option to choose their favourite courier service.
Which WMS carrier integrations are possible?

Integrate as many courier services as you wish
You can link as many parcel services to your WMS as you need or want. For example, if you ship both packages and pallets, or if you sell abroad. For each channel, you simply choose which carrier you want to ship with. You can link the carrier services you want to work with in just a few clicks in the customer portal. In the e-commerce check-out, your customers can see which delivery services they can choose from, what the delivery costs are and the delivery options; a few examples of this include home delivery, delivery at a pickup location, evening delivery, timed delivery, or next day home delivery.

It is also possible to view the status of each order and performance of the carrier. In your portal:
- Obtain insight into each individual order through track and trace codes;
- Simply start a postal survey as a package:

Performance by carrier
Do you want to know whether your carriers are keeping to the agreed targets? It is possible to view the performance of each carrier on a national or global level. Our system registers the moment that packages arrive at the carrier’s DC (distribution centre), until the first attempted delivery to the customer. This way you are always aware of the most current status of your orders.
Lost a package? Delivered too late? Damaged or incomplete delivery? With WMS, you can start an investigation into the courier service at the push of a button and keep track of the status of each ongoing investigation. That makes sense for you and for your customers.
