What order statuses are there?

Order statuses

  1. Verifying: a new order must first be verified.
  2. Blocked: the order cannot be processed because there is something wrong with it or because it has been manually blocked.
  3. Backorder: the order cannot be processed because no stock is available.
  4. Etransit: the order is pending and will be processed at a future date.
  5. Queued: the order is ready to be picked.
  6. Picking: the order is being picked.
  7. Picked/Packing: the order has been picked and is being packed.
  8. Packed/Shipping: the order has been packed and the shipping label is being printed.
  9. Shipped: the shipping label has been printed.
  10. EnRoute: the order has been scanned by the shipper.

For products marked as Food, the batch and best-before date are registered during the inbound process.

  • EnRoute: the order has been scanned by the shipper.
  • Delivered: the order has been delivered.
  • AvailablePickup: the order is ready to be picked up at one of the shipper’s pick-up points.
  • Collected: the order has been picked up at one of the shipper’s pick-up points.
  • Delivery failed: the order could not be delivered and will be returned.

Comments about the order of the statuses assigned to an order:

  • A Picking order cannot be blocked. To keep an order from being shipped, it can be set to ‘Cancelled‘. The products in the order will be added back to the stock via the returns process.
  • An order can go from Picking and Packing to Backorder if it turns out during picking that the stock is not physically present in the warehouse.
