Following up on returns
A registered return is shown in the MontaPortal with a status that indicates it must be followed up on. The consumer must receive a replacement item, a refund, etc. You can follow up on individual returns or on multiple returns at once (bulk).
It is also possible to automatically issue a refund if the client gives a return the follow-up status as ‘Please refund‘. This option is only available for platforms with which we have a refund link.
