Easily process returns with MontaWMS’ RMA module
Our RMA system allows the customer to take care of some of the administrative workload themselves. The customer logs in to the RMA module with their order number and email address. In this environment, they specify what product(s) they wish to return and for what reason. Instead of returning an item, it is also possible to exchange it. This is ideal if a customer wants to keep the item, albeit in a larger or smaller size or a different colour. In that case, a new order is automatically generated in the system to ensure your customer will quickly have the right product delivered to their door. Once the consumer has filled out the return form, they will receive a digital return label. They simply have to scan this code at a delivery point, after which the package is handed over to a transporter and delivered to your warehouse.
